Exquisite roasted chicken and mushroom pie. Traditionally made with the two layers of pastry, and cooked with a chimney (to let the steam escape).
Served with a mushroom reduction.
1 large pie, serves about 6. Gently reheat in a oven. Let cool down before serving with a green salad.
