Exquisite roasted chicken and mushroom pie. Traditionally made with the two layers of shortcrust pastry, and cooked with a chimney (to let the steam escape).
- Shortcrust pastry
- Roasted chicken
- Chestnut mushrooms
- Mustard cream
- Large: serves 4 to 6
- Indiviual: serves 1
- Add a green salad & vinaigrette dressing to go with it.
Instructions: Gently reheat in a oven. Let cool down before serving with a green salad.
