Winter canapé menu:
- Polenta crostini, butternut, ricotta, crispy sage
- Sweet potato toasts, gorgonzola, walnuts, cranberries
- Finger sandwich : caramelised onions, cheddar, rocket
- Crispy smashed potato, avocado sauce
- Finger sandwich: coronation chicken (mayonnaise, mango chutney, almonds)
- Rye bread, smoked salmon, capers, horseradish cream cheese
- Mini Chinese duck pancakes, hoisin, cucumber, spring onions
- Prosciutto, gorgonzola and caramelised onion croustade cups
Minimum of 20 per type of canapé. For canapés party – I recommend 10 savoury per person (+ 5 sweet). For canapés before a seated dinner – I recommend 5 per person.
