- Appetizer: Stuffed mushrooms + Goat cheese, pecan and cranberry balls + stilton gougeres (2 of each per person)
- Starter: Butternut and chestnut velouté served with a crunchy and savoury granola
- Main dish: Guinea fowl casserole with chestnuts, tarragon and a creamy yellow wine reduction sauce
- Side: Caramelised onions and shallots mashed potatoes
- Salad: Green leaves, apples, pecan nuts and honey vinaigrette
- Bread: Individual pumpkin shape bread rolls
- Dessert: Traditionnal rose apple tarte tatin with puff pastry and vanilla ganache cream
